Immco Diagnostics Reference Laboratory, located in Buffalo, NY, USA is licensed throughout the United States for testing serology, biopsy and genetic specimens. Our lab specializes in diagnostics for autoimmune disease such as Sjögren’s syndrome, Thyroiditis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Type 1 Diabetes, Celiac Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn’s Disease, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, and Scleroderma and immunogenetics for support of organ and tissue donation and transplant.

In addition, Immco’s immunogenetics division provides HLA tissue typing for select alleles to determine susceptibility to specific ailments and a means of assessing familial risk associated with these disorders.

Our immunopathologists have extensive clinical diagnostic and diagnostic pathology experience. We are known for high quality and accurate diagnostic reports and keen customer service. For most tests we provide 48 hour turnaround time to our clients and consultations on autoimmune diseases and micrographs.

Biological specimens are submitted free of charge by overnight carrier. Detailed reports are issued conveniently at Immco online, a HIPAA compliant lab information system.
