Trinity Biotech is a science and technology company with a well-established foundation in high-quality laboratory and point-of-care diagnostics, now repositioning to pursue opportunities in advanced measurement, analytical science, and data-driven systems as it helps bridge the physical-to-digital gap in an increasingly AI-driven world.

For decades, Trinity Biotech has developed and commercialized trusted diagnostic solutions built on deep expertise in assay development, biosensing, analytical chemistry, and regulated manufacturing. The Company is leveraging these capabilities to expand into higher-value platforms that enable the capture, interpretation, and integration of complex physical signals into actionable digital insight.

Trinity Biotech’s established product portfolio includes the FDA 510(k) cleared Premier Hb9210™ HbA1c analyzer, the FDA 510(k) cleared Premier Resolution system for haemoglobin variant detection, the World Health Organisation prequalified Uni-Gold HIV and TrinScreen HIV rapid tests, and a broad range of autoimmune, clinical chemistry, and infectious disease assays. These products reflect the Company’s long-standing capabilities in regulated assay and instrument development, quality manufacturing, and global commercialization across both laboratory and point-of-care settings.

Trinity Biotech’s current innovation focus includes biosensors and mass spectrometry-based solutions, where precision, reproducibility, and data integrity are critical. These platforms reflect the Company’s core strengths in high-performance detection technologies and position Trinity Biotech to participate in markets increasingly shaped by automation, real-time analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Importantly, Trinity Biotech’s capabilities in complex fluid systems, materials handling, and high-reliability production provide a strong foundation to support a broader set of applications over time, particularly in areas where physical systems must interface seamlessly with digital infrastructure. This strategic flexibility enhances the Company’s optionality as it evaluates adjacent growth opportunities aligned with its scientific and operational strengths.

By combining a proven diagnostic heritage with an expanding set of technology platforms, Trinity Biotech is positioning itself to deliver sustained value through participation in markets where precision measurement, system reliability, and data convergence are becoming increasingly critical.
