Measurement range 0 to 100 IU/ml. PrincipleThe Anti-dsDNA Kit utilizes a technique in which the sample is incubated with an 125 I-labelled dsDNA tracer. Separation of immunoglobulin-bound tracer is effected by ammonium sulfate precipitation, followed by centrifugation and decanting of the supernatant.
